A little about me

My journey into motherhood was like many others, wonderful but sleepless!

My son was 6-7 months old when I found the Sleep SenseTM program. I implemented it and had great success. Then, after having my daughter, I knew I wanted to focus on her sleep even sooner than I had with my son. By 10 weeks she was sleeping through the night. I wasn’t expecting it, but with the right support in place, she was able to do it all on her own, and she continues to be a great little sleeper and a happy little toddler! The benefits of quality sleep for everyone in your family are simply amazing.

I eventually trained to become a Certified Sleep SenseTM Consultant. My passion for healthy sleep habits for my family has now grown into this wonderful life-changing business, and I want every family to benefit from the magic that happens when their children sleep through the night.
